Reservations:
To make reservations, please call us at: (303)332-9187 or email us at info@palmalimousine.com.
We recommend that you make you reservations at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick up time however,last minute reservation are possible depending on vehicles availability. To avoid any misunderstand please check your confirmation carefully,if you find any mistakes in the confirmation letter, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations:
Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a full charge. No charges will apply if cancellation was made more than 24hours out.
The full charge will apply if we are not able to reschedule cancellation. Upon less than 24hours notice due to our unavailability rescheduling made 2 hours before the actual pick-up time will result in a full charge of the quoted price.
Additional Stops:
Additional stops,not accounted for in the quote price,have an additional charge of $15.00 per stop within a five miles radius from original pickup address.
A charge of $30.00 will apply for additional stops, made in a surrounding cities,all additional stops for more than 15 minutes and less than 59 minutes, not arranged during the reservation, are subject to a full charge of one hour including applicable fees plus a 25%of surcharge this will be added to the quote price hourly rate depends on the type of vehicle.
Toll Roads
Additional toll-charges apply for the use of E 470 (or any other toll road).
